Meet Sara
Sara is young 12 year old girl who has a burning passion for singing. She first performed at her school's talent show in fifth grade. Despite the 10 year wait before realizing her passion, she had been preparing the song, a Kelly Clarkson song Breakaway, since third grade. She tried out for her 7th grade talent show with Let the Rain by Sara Bareilles, but didn't get in (who cares, though, no one can win all the time). Sara grew up with music surrounding her. Her father plays the drums, her sister plays the piano and the flute, and she herself plays oboe and violin. For a short period of time, her sister played cello and she was a percussionist. Her sister also attempted to teach her piano, but, well, Sara would rather learn herself. She also grew up with other forms of the arts in her life. Her mother is an art teacher and her sister is an actress and a writer. She enjoys all of these, as well as reading, swimming, horseback riding, running, role-playing, and creating videos. She was brought up with lots of English (subject) in her life, because her father works for the dictionary company Merriam-Webster and her sister won a Spelling Bee in middle school. She enjoys movies/books/shows such as: Hunger Games, Harry Potter, Les Miserables, Alice in Wonderland, Divergent, Phineas and Ferb, House of Anubis, Winx, Wipeout, and the Middle. She is in advanced math and the enrichment program at her school. She has many close friends (and has way too much fun with them...). Sara is very close to her sister, Amanda, and they enjoy doing EVERYTHING together, no matter what it is.
A Note from Me (Sara)
In case you were wondering, I am not famous, but I want to be. I am not popular at school, and I don't care. If you have no idea who I am, you aren't one in a million or anything. I am a strange seventh grader with dreams that even stars can't reach. I wouldn't be surprised if this site is what made me famous. Chances of a record deal? This big: . Yah. A period. Not even a dash or an underscore or even a comma. A period. And, hey, guess what? That means nothing. One in a million means unique, not invisible. And I swear on the stars in the sky, if I get famous, it will be because of this site or YouTube or something like that. Not, like, Big Machine Records or anything. And I'm perfectly aware of that and fine with it. You could say I'm weird or a nerd or a nobody, but if you do, I'll say "Thanks!" so don't bother. I am fully aware that not everybody will like me, and I don't mind. If everybody loved me it would be weird. Plain weird. So you know what? I'm going to put a random poll here asking if you like me so far. This is the best first impression I can give, so based on that, say what you think of me.
